We’re looking for an experiencedProgram Managerto lead theMarketing Technology Transformationacross LATAM — including the rollout ofSingle Customer View (SCV) ,Loyalty Delivery, andMarketing Automationprograms.
You’ll oversee multiple workstreams, connect global and local teams, and ensure smooth, on-time delivery of complex marketing technology initiatives.What you’ll do
Lead the end-to-end program strategy for SCV, Loyalty, and Marketing Automation initiatives.
Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and interdependencies across multiple LATAM markets.
Act as the key liaison between global and regional teams (Marketing, IT, Data, and external vendors).
Oversee project governance, reporting, and agile processes to drive transparency and efficiency.
Track KPIs, ensure delivery quality, and support change management and adoption.The kind of profile we’re looking for
10+ years inProgram or Project Management, ideally withindigital or marketing technologytransformation.
Experience managingmulti-country programswith cross-functional teams.
Understanding ofMarTech ecosystems(CDP/SCV, Loyalty, Automation tools).
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent inEnglishandSpanish or Portuguese(both preferred).
PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.
