About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Amazon Account Manager to join our team. As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing operations, and driving business growth on Amazon.

]

Key Responsibilities:

">
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
* Operations Oversight: Oversee client milestone progress, complete tasks timely, and ensure client requirements are met.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve client outcomes, and increase revenue.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
* Amazon Seller Central Experience: 3+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central or comparable knowledge/experience.
* Agency Experience: High preference for 2 years of agency experience, with a strong understanding of navigating demands and prioritizing evolving aspects of an agency.
* Management Experience: 2+ years of management experience, with experience in direct reports, management, hiring, and performance management.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in workplace tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Clickup (or comparable tools), with excellent project management skills.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
