What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Accountants to deliver accurate, timely, high-quality work. ✅ Full-Cycle Accounting Oversight: Review reconciliations, financial reports, and month-end close deliverables across multiple client files. ✅ Operational Excellence: Ensure UpCounting’s accounting processes are followed consistently and improve them where needed. ✅ Client Support & Communication: Help clients understand their numbers, communicate insights clearly, and ensure smooth financial operations. ✅ System & Process Optimization: Identify automation opportunities and contribute to scalable, efficient workflows alongside Controllers and senior leadership. What You Bring ⭐ 5+ years of experience in accounting management, ideally within a firm or mult
