Job Description
We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team and work on the development of dynamic, customer-centric applications using Omni Studio tools.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating technical specifications and designs for Omni Studio components that align with project objectives and Salesforce best practices.
They will also customize and configure the Salesforce platform using declarative tools to meet business needs, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
The ideal candidate will have experience in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies as needed.
They will also implement integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions.
The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, other developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop dynamic, customer-centric applications using Omni Studio tools such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
* Create technical specifications and designs for Omni Studio components that align with project objectives and Salesforce best practices.
* Customize and configure the Salesforce platform using declarative tools to meet business needs, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies as needed.
* Implement integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions.
