Key Account Manager - Hotel Partnerships
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of hotels within a specific geographic area. This role requires the ability to negotiate contract renewal conditions, monitor hotel performance, and develop strong relationships with suppliers.
* Negotiate rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, and cancellation policy terms with hotel suppliers.
* Collaborate with Yield Managers to ensure hotel competitiveness and availability is not an issue.
* Act as the primary point of contact for experienced hotel suppliers, fostering excellent relationships through regular communication and issue resolution.
This position demands experience in contracting and supplier management, specifically within the travel or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills to drive business growth and improvement strategies.
