Overview
Job Mission: Develop pest arthropod management programs, lead registration trials, and train all internal (Lallemand) and external (partners and influencers) stakeholders on the application of the solutions.
Responsibilities
Investigate and understand the needs of the Bioinsecticide market according to regional demand in order to identify opportunities aligned with Lallemand's positioning.
Develop management programs that strategically and regionally meet the needs of customers.
Coordinate efficacy tests for product registration and offer support to the Regulatory and Quality Assurance teams.
Participate in the creation and execution of technical strategies aimed at promoting Lallemand solutions, through collaboration with other internal departments.
Attend to the agronomic requests of the Commercial, Marketing, Lallemand Specialists, customers and consultants team.
Conduct technical training on the products/programs for internal staff, customers, distributors and consultants, as necessary and technically guide the Commercial, Marketing and distributor teams on the positioning of Lallemand solutions.
Represent the company as a technical reference in the management of Bioinsecticide at congresses, fairs and other events.
Contribute to the preparation of technical and commercial materials, such as catalogs, technical sheets and reports, in order to facilitate communication with customers.
Promote and establish connections between internal nuclei, departments and partners, with the aim of encouraging cooperation, the exchange of knowledge, information and engagement.
Develop practical methods and tools for diagnosis and demonstration of the value of our solutions for the use of the Commercial team, resellers and customers.
