Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Consultant to join our team. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating onboarding sessions for customers, providing guidance on how to realize the full value of our solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients across multiple levels.
Additionally, the consultant will identify opportunities to grow and retain existing accounts, develop new business opportunities in assigned territories, and conduct prospecting activities such as calls, emails, and presentations.
They will also deliver compelling presentations and messaging to build awareness of our solutions, support marketing activities such as workshops and industry events, and represent us at conferences and trade shows.
Accurate records of activities and opportunities must be maintained in CRM systems, and regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in a science-related field is preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, and business development.
* English fluency (written and spoken); Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual meeting tools.
* Dynamic, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
