Our organization is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for our Salesforce Commerce Cloud teams. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality predictable delivery across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Agile Delivery: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives and track sprint health (capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup) and manage scope.
* Scrum Certifications: CSM or PSM I/PSM II
The role requires a strong understanding of Scrum principles as well as hands-on experience with Jira boards/filters/dashboards Confluence documentation CI/CD awareness Git/Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps Proficiency in Catalog pricing promotions Checkout payments tax shipping returns Order Management Systems OMS Key Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies - Identifying impediments dependencies test data approvals.
