About the Role
This role is responsible for managing billing processes for spare parts and non-vehicle products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to address operational demands and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain efficient billing processes to minimize costs and maximize revenue.
* Closely work with the Aftersales, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and identify areas for improvement.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on billing and logistics indicators, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a billing or logistics role.
* Demonstrated expertise in SAP ERP (MM/FI/SD), Excel, and tax-related processes within billing.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
