Job Title: Sales Manager
About the Position:
As a Sales Manager, you will drive growth across Latin America by selling nutraceutical ingredients to dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage key accounts in Latin America, building senior-level relationships with brand owners, contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs), distributors, and more.
• Develop territory plans to capture new business and present nutraceutical ingredients to customers with clear benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and protect market share.
• Meet quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined customer relationship management (CRM) hygiene.
• Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Provide technical support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain knowledge of regional regulations like ANVISA, COFEPRIS, and INVIMA.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within Latin America.
• Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional food & beverage.
• Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close deals across multiple countries.
• Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus.
• Self-starter comfortable working remotely with excellent territory/time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
