About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic learning planning, with expertise in aligning business outcomes with partner workforce capacity and capability.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic learning plans that drive business results
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact learning experiences
* Conduct needs analysis and scoping to identify skill gaps and develop customized solutions
* Monitor learner progress and detect any issues
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in L&D consulting or a related field
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Computer Science or a related field (required)
* Masters candidates preferred
