About Our Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team, who can think like a business partner and drive strategic decision-making with data insights.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, analyzing e-commerce and marketing data, identifying trends in conversion, retention, and customer behavior, and supporting leadership with clear recommendations.
What You Will Do
* Develop and maintain advanced analytics tools and reports to support business growth
* Analyze large datasets to identify key trends and opportunities
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to inform business strategy
* Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through visualizations and reports
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
* Strong SQL skills with the ability to write efficient queries
* Experience with dashboarding tools such as Looker or Tableau
* Familiarity with AI automation platforms such as n8n or Make
* Ecommerce or DTC experience a plus
