We're looking for a seasoned Senior Creative AI Lead who can hit the ground running. This is not a role for experimentation; we need an expert with a proven portfolio who is already mastering tools like Veo, Sora, and Kling to deliver high-end, production-ready advertising content from day one. You will spearhead the integration of cutting-edge AI into premium campaigns, sitting at the intersection of high-level creativity and technical execution.

* Lead the end-to-end creation of polished, high-end AI-generated image and video content for premium advertising campaigns.
* Transform client briefs into standout concepts, compelling visuals, and cohesive campaign narratives with cinematic quality.
* Ensure consistent character portrayal and brand identity across all AI-generated outputs.
* Stay at the absolute forefront of emerging AI platforms and creative workflows, proactively integrating new capabilities into the agency's process.
* Drive and manage AI-driven creative projects from concept to delivery, maintaining the rigorous standards of premium global brands.
* Champion best practices in AI content creation, ensuring the creative team remains ahead of market trends.
✨ Requirements:
* Strong Portfolio (Mandatory): Must showcase high-end, professional AI-generated video and image content (consistent characters, cinematic polish).
* AI Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in AI image and video generation for premium advertising.
* Tool Mastery: Strong working knowledge of Veo, Sora, Kling, Higgsfield, GPT, and ElevenLabs (as a minimum).
* Immediate Start: Candidates must be ready to begin immediately and deliver results without extensive training.
* Creative Eye: Strong creative eye with the ability to produce high-end, visual outputs that align with award-winning agency standards.
* Adaptability: Proven ability to rapidly adopt and master new AI tools as they enter the market.
* English Communication: Advanced fluency in English is required (written and verbal).
* Proactivity: Organized, proactive, and confident leading AI-driven projects independently.
