This position involves supporting the successful execution of client work by overseeing internal communication and task coordination. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with creative teams to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage.

Main Objectives:

* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.

* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with established turnaround standards.
">
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.

* Teamwork Boards Are Neat and Tidy: Task trackers &/or Teamwork spaces are accurate and updated daily.
">
* Projects Following Naming Conventions: Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.

This role reports to the Senior Account Manager. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include On-time Task Completion Rate, Internal Team Satisfaction Score, and Error-Free Deliverables.

Operating hours are from 9 am to 5 pm MST, Monday to Friday.
