💼 Product Owner – Trade Finance (Transformation & FinOps)
We are looking for a hybrid Product Owner with deep functional expertise in Trade Finance and a modern product mindset, capable of combining strong End-to-End operational knowledge with value-driven prioritization and incremental, high-impact deliveries.
This role requires a professional who can navigate complex and regulated banking environments, connect Business and Technology, and apply a FinOps perspective to financial and operational flows.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
* Act as Product Owner in Trade Finance transformation initiatives
* Translate complex Trade processes into scalable and viable technology solutions
* Connect Business, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure aligned delivery
* Prioritize backlog based on measurable value and business impact
* Structure incremental, outcome-driven deliveries
* Redefine scope, priorities, and sequencing considering operational, technical, and budget constraints
* Apply a FinOps perspective to Trade flows, ensuring End-to-End financial and operational visibility
* Challenge business requirements and drive clarity in ambiguous contexts
🛠 Required Qualifications
* Deep knowledge of Trade Finance products and End-to-End (E2E) operational flows
* Proven experience as Product Owner or similar role within financial institutions
* Strong understanding of FinOps principles applied to financial flows
* Experience working closely with technical teams (architecture, development, data)
* Ability to understand and discuss technical solutions (even if not hands-on)
* Strong value-driven prioritization and scope management skills
* Proven ability to operate in complex and regulated environments
* Advanced English and/or Spanish
⭐ Nice to Have
* Experience in digital transformation programs within banks
* Exposure to End-to-End operational metrics and efficiency optimization initiatives
* Experience with cost optimization and financial performance tracking
* PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) or similar certification
* Consulting background in financial services
Availability for hybrid work (up to 3 days per week onsite in Morumbi region).
