Job Description
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring ongoing delivery routes and communicating with delivery drivers and shippers over the phone and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with delivery drivers and shippers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of packages
* Monitor delivery routes in real-time and identify potential issues or delays
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external customers
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Proficiency in English
* Ability to work based on Eastern US time zone (EST)
* Experience in logistics, courier operations, call center, customer support, or account management
