IT Operations Leader
Our Service Delivery Management team requires a technical leader to oversee initiatives that require developments in global applications.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create best practices and operational processes related to Application Development in SAP ECC and S/4 (ABAP, BTP, Fiori).
* Provide operational support to application/integrations developed in-house or other developments in Legacy Applications when needed.
* Evaluate customizations in S/4 applications according to Digital Decoupling strategy defined by the Global Applications team.
Knowledge Requirements:
* Familiarity with SAP ECC and S/4 Technical and Development functionalities (BTP, Basis, ABAP, Fiori/JAVA, etc.).
* Good knowledge of ITIL framework.
Key Performance Indicators:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality results while meeting deadlines. This includes creating and implementing effective solutions, providing exceptional support, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
