What We Are Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
* At least 3 years of experience in FX Markets (spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs, or eFX).
* Proven experience defining API requirements and working with integration teams.
* Medium-level proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and in a structured manner.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with electronic trading platforms, market connectivity, or algorithmic trading.
* Experience using AI-based productivity tools in daily workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Rovo).
* Understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting FX (e.g., MiFID II).
* Familiarity with Agile delivery models within financial services.
* Knowledge of SQL or Python for data validation is a plus.
