Job Title: Senior Agile Delivery Manager
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of implementing and leading Scrum frameworks in large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
* Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to established frameworks.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
* Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices.
* Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
* Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements.
* Integrate compliance requirements into the agile development process.
* Lead efforts to align Scrum practices with business objectives and goals.
* Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration.
* Stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies, applying relevant advancements to improve team performance.

* Develop training programs for team members and other Agile practitioners within the organization.
* Drive Change Management through coaching and support teams on the Transformation journey by establishing clear processes and challenging them on shifting mindset.
* Oversee the integration and use of Azure DevOps tools within project teams to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines.
