Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in Systems Engineering and a strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
About the Role
* Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
* Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
* Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
* Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* Solid ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.
What We Offer
This is a fully remote position, offering competitive pay and benefits. Estimated annual salary range: R$90,000 - R$180,000.
