Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Community Builder and Social Media Manager to manage our social media accounts, engage with the tech and startup community, and excel in social selling.
* Assist in developing a strategic plan for our client base
* Establish a strong network within the Tech and Startup Community globally
* Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure customer success
* Identify and acquire employers seeking tech talent
* Generate leads through proactive outreach
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic planning: Participate in creating a comprehensive strategy for our client base, encompassing business development, account management, and sales
2. Community engagement: Engage actively with the Tech and Startup Community worldwide, promoting our brand and building a robust network
3. Customer satisfaction: Ensure timely follow-up on customer satisfaction and guarantee customer success
4. Talent acquisition: Identify and approach employers in search of tech talent, expanding our client base
5. Lead generation: Utilize a proactive approach to generate new leads
Requirements:
* Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or similar work experience
* Familiarity and network within the HR/Recruiting industry
* Proficiency in English (spoken, listening, and written)
* A solution-oriented mindset, excellent analytical skills, and ability to build rapport with clients
* Ability to identify business opportunities and market gaps
* Commitment to growth with the company, focusing on expanding the client base
* Sales and negotiation flair
* Understanding of recruitment processes
