Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Agile Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the adoption of agile principles and practices within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Orchestrating major ART events such as PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of business value.
2. Managing the ART calendar and ensuring program-level cadence to maintain alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
3. Facilitating problem-solving and cross-team collaboration to resolve impediments and improve overall team performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong understanding of lean-agile principles and their application in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in coaching teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to adopt agile methodologies and best practices.
* Familiarity with Salesforce and JIRA, with a strong focus on process improvement and automation.
