Responsibilities
1. Execution of purchasing processes
2. Supplier prospecting
3. Preparation of quotations
4. Follow-up with suppliers
5. Scheduling delivery of materials to units
6. Control of delivery pending reports
Qualifications and Knowledge
* Familiarity with SGQ documentation according to the Matrix
* Proficiency in computerized systems
* Knowledge of People Management routines
* Knowledge of Commercial Management routines
* Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health routines
* Knowledge of Environmental Management routines (SGA)
* Knowledge of Supply Management routines
* Knowledge of Quality Management routines (SGA, 5S Program)
* Experience in purchasing for industrial areas and electrical materials across units
* Technical degree in Accounting or ongoing higher education in related fields
* Ethics, commitment, teamwork, assertiveness, agility, reliability, and accuracy
