Job Overview:
* As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating training sessions and ensuring their successful execution.
* Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in learning delivery management and operations, as well as exposure to international work environments.
* You will work closely with the Indian team to coordinate training events and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze client-provided training needs and determine the number of sessions required.
2. Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation.
3. Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability.
4. Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing as necessary.
5. Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using CRM tools.
6. Provide Learner Support at Level 2.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Exposure to international work environment.
* Strong understanding of training landscape.
* Customer-focused approach.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
Work Environment:
Our team is collaborative and works together on projects, with some members based in India.
