**The Role**:
We're looking for a **TikTok Shop Specialist** to manage and grow TikTok Shop storefronts and affiliate creator campaigns for our portfolio of high-growth eCommerce brands.
This role blends **TikTok Shop execution**, **Shopify backend support**, and **creator/affiliate management** — ideal for someone with experience (or strong interest) in social commerce, eCommerce operations, or UGC-driven marketing.
You'll be a key player in launching, managing, and optimizing TikTok Shop listings, collaborating with creators and affiliates, and supporting backend coordination on Shopify.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**TikTok Shop Operations**:
- Launch and manage TikTok Shop storefronts: product listings, descriptions, pricing, and updates
- Optimize listings for visibility and conversion based on platform best practices
- Stay on top of TikTok Shop trends, tools, and algorithm shifts
**Creator & Affiliate Campaign Support**:
- Help source, recruit, and coordinate TikTok creators and affiliates
- Support onboarding and product education for high-performing campaigns
- Track performance using UTM links, analytics tools, and internal dashboards
**Content & Campaign Execution**:
- Collaborate with creators to plan and produce native TikTok content (UGC, reviews, shoppable videos)
- Support seasonal launches, promotional pushes, and live shopping events
- Assist in content planning aligned with campaign and sales goals
**Analytics & Optimization**:
- Monitor KPIs: sales, conversion rates, ROAS, AOV, and more
- Share performance insights to improve content and strategy
- Help identify top creators, formats, and tactics to scale
**Shopify Backend Support**:
- Assist with product uploads, inventory tagging, and backend coordination
- Ensure product data is consistent between Shopify and TikTok Shop
**What We're Looking For**:
- 1+ year of experience in **eCommerce**, **TikTok Shop**, **influencer/affiliate marketing**, or **Shopify operations**
- Hands-on with tools like **TikTok Shop Seller Center**, **Shopify**, **TikTok Creator Marketplace**, or affiliate platforms
- Familiar with TikTok trends and social commerce formats (UGC, reviews, live selling)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote team
**Bonus points for**:
- Experience boosting creator content or running TikTok Ads
- Light video editing or UGC content coordination
**Location & Work Schedule**:
To be successful in this position, you must:
- Have access to the **TikTok Shop mobile app** (used to monitor flash sales, campaigns, and affiliate content)
- Be able to work with **U.S. TikTok Shop accounts**, either through prior experience or access provided by our internal systems
- Be available to work **Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM EST**
