Senior Business Growth Strategist

As a senior business development professional at BingX, you will play a crucial role in formulating business plans, negotiating partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and supporting KOLs in designing campaigns to increase trading volume. Your responsibilities will also include researching new markets, building long-term relationships with KOLs/clients, and conducting market research to identify customer needs.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of crypto markets, and proficiency in English and Portuguese. A proven track record in business development or sales is highly preferred.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic business growth plans, collaborate with the team to initiate, negotiate, cooperate, and finalize business cooperation projects
* Engage, negotiate, and close profitable deals with potential KOLs
* Support KOLs in creating customized campaigns to boost trading volume
* Establish partnerships with key opinion leaders or crypto projects, foster mutual cooperation
* Conduct research to discover new markets and customer requirements
* Nurture long-term relationships with new and existing KOL/clients
* Requirements:
* Experience in Business Development/Sales is advantageous
* Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about achieving results
* A good understanding of crypto markets is beneficial
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential
