Drive Growth with a Proactive Webmaster
We're looking for a highly skilled webmaster to join our team and drive business growth through proactive technical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Owning Our Web Presence: Deliver high-performing pages, microsites, and features while maintaining Core Web Vitals targets.
2. Technical Webmaster Ops: Manage hosting, CDN, DNS, SSL certificates, caching, redirects, backups, and restore tests to ensure 99.9% uptime and zero critical integration errors.
3. Safeguard Sender Reputation: Implement and maintain DMARC/SPF/DKIM (p=reject), BIMI, list hygiene, consent logs, spam-trap audits to meet bulk-sender compliance requirements.
4. Security & Compliance: Maintain WAF, least-privilege access (SSO/MFA/RBAC), and patching cadence to ensure full compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, AU Privacy Act, WCAG 2.2 AA, and related laws.
5. Run a Testing Factory: Plan, execute, and templatize at least two significant experiments per month to share wins across teams.
6. Enable the Team: Create templates and playbooks so marketers can launch campaigns in under 30 minutes.
7. Client Website Audits & Consultations: Review client partner websites to identify technical, performance, and UX opportunities; prepare actionable recommendations that improve site speed, security, SEO, accessibility, and conversion potential.
8. Growth Positioning Advice: Provide strategic guidance to clients on how to position their websites for better performance, higher engagement, and scalable growth backed by data and best practices.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in technical webmaster, web operations, or growth engineering roles.
* Proven history of funnel improvements tied directly to revenue.
* Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JS, Git, SQL, and rapid tool adoption.
* Deep familiarity with CMS, ESP, CRM, analytics platforms, and related integrations.
* Strong written and verbal communication, especially in creating usable documentation.
