Senior IT Recruiter
We are seeking highly skilled Senior IT Recruiters to join our high-performing recruitment team.
About the Role:
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting or a dynamic tech environment.
* Proven track record of recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
* In-depth understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding. You will also build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using innovative sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
2. Develop strong relationships with both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
3. Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
4. Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
5. Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
6. Design scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our recruitment operations in LATAM and the U.S.
7. Serve as a trusted representative of our organization, promoting our values and delivering a high-quality experience to both candidates and clients.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
