Role Summary
The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst – Drilling & Completions is responsible for supporting upstream U.S. land drilling and completions operations across multiple major U.S. basins. This role focuses on supply chain coordination, vendor management, operational reconciliation, and cost control across a variety of drilling and completions-related categories including frac sand, produced water, drill cuttings, transportation, disposal services, and other field operations support.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced working in fast-paced oilfield operations environments while coordinating across internal teams, vendors, and service providers.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily supply chain and logistics activities supporting drilling and completions operations
* Manage communication and execution across suppliers, trucking providers, disposal facilities, transloads, and field operations
* Monitor operational demand and adjust logistics plans to prevent supply disruptions, delays, or operational downtime
* Reconcile field tickets, service volumes, pricing, and vendor invoices against operational and financial systems
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to deliveries, billing, operational reporting, and vendor performance
* Support cost control initiatives by optimizing logistics efficiency and reducing standby and demurrage exposure
* Collaborate with operations, engineering, procurement, accounting, and field teams to maintain accurate data and support daily operations
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years of experience supporting upstream drilling and completions operations, oilfield logistics, or supply chain activities with U.S.-based oil & gas companies
* Experience supporting categories such as frac sand, produced water, drill cuttings, transportation, or related oilfield services for U.S.-based operations
* Experience with multiple major U.S. basins preferred
* Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems required
* Experience working with vendor invoice and operational systems such as OpenInvoice, WellView, OpenWells, or similar platforms
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
* Strong communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders
Technical Requirements
* SAP or similar ERP systems
* OpenInvoice, WellView, OpenWells or comparable
* Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, reconciliations, and large dataset analysis
* Experience working with operational, logistics, and financial reporting data for U.S.-based oil & gas operations
