The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you'll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You'll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Talent and Development team you support Resource Managers in allocating Client Service Staff to engagements, aligning with strategic priorities. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical proficiency.
Responsibilities
* Support Resource Managers in staff allocation
* Align resource deployment with strategic priorities
* Collaborate on national resource process documentation
* Contribute to staff planning and utilization targets
* Develop productivity reports on chargeable hours
* Update deployment tools for strategic alignment
* Learn and utilize RM technology for planning
* Support and deliver training to staff on the use of TalentLink
* Understand the importance of have a correct information management
* Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
* Correct Information Security Management
What You Must Have
* High School Diploma
* 3 years of experience
* Understanding of Resource Management or Workforce Strategy and its link to business strategy
* Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to analyze data, interpret findings, and provide insights
* Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate new technology tools
* Strong process mapping and documentation skills
* Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities while thinking strategically and creatively
* Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization/partnership structure
* Strong sense of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment
* Proactive self-starter with high personal motivation
* Demonstrated ability to follow processes with agility to make changes as required
* Commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
What Sets You Apart
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
* Experience with workforce management systems
* Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint
* Previous experience in a consulting firm deployment function
* Ability to develop productivity reports and utilization metrics
* Skilled in resource allocation and strategic alignment
* Experience in staff planning and deployment tools
