We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Enterprise Solutions Designer.
This position involves leveraging technical expertise in Microsoft Teams and Viva to deliver proactive services and workshops to premier enterprise customers.
The successful candidate will be required to have:
* Fluent/native Portuguese written and oral communication skills
* Design and development experience in major Viva components, including application integration and software development
* Experience in integrating Viva with relevant technologies to enhance customer experience
* Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Teams Telephony and app development
* Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
