We are looking for an Administrative Analyst to join our team! Your responsibilities: Coordination and management of travel and fleet logistics. General facilities support. Assistance to the HSSQE team. Reporting and dashboards with relevant KPIs analysis. Support in the purchasing process. Assistance to the regional IT team. Support with documentation and certificates related to Operations in Brazil. Support to projects with administrative tasks. General administrative support Your Profile: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, finance, or similar roles Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency, both written and spoken. Proficiency in MS Office. Student or graduate of any degree or technical career. Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, ability to work autonomously and multitask.
