You will utilize your critical thinking skills to listen to and understand customer needs, offering effective resolutions to address their concerns.
* Key responsibilities include performing core technical support functions, scheduling tasks, and maintaining high reliability in terms of attendance and availability
* Provide prompt responses and resolutions to all inbound customer support requests through phone, chats, and emails to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is gathered
