 
        
        Role Overview:
This role involves providing technical support to customers in Brazil, facilitating the Business Director LATAM drive sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Conduct on-site training and product presentations for optometrists, opticians, MDs, and local application specialists.
 * Support field marketing actions, organize user meetings, and participate in congresses.
 * Retrain distributors to improve post-certification follow-up and usage of new approved products/accessories.
 * Disseminate key marketing messages, educate on material usage to enhance adoption of ICL, and drive volume.
Requirements:
 * Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biomedical Engineering or similar with solid knowledge in Ophthalmology.
 * Additional commercial education is beneficial.
 * 2+ years of experience in commercial/sales roles in surgical devices.
 * Clinical practice in Ophthalmology is advantageous.
Excellent communication/presentation skills to adapt to different individuals at all levels, result-driven. Fluency in Portuguese and English, proficiency in Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
