Key Responsibilities include:
* Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies aligned with Agile principles
* Supporting one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partnering with an enterprise Agile Coach to enhance team performance and delivery
* Assisting in the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identifying, escalating, and helping remove impediments affecting team progress
* Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
* Working closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions
