Job Summary:
The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting top technology talent for our clients. This includes creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
* Create detailed job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
* Source and screen candidates using advanced search techniques and tools.
* Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to determine the best fit for our clients' needs.
* Present qualified candidates to clients and negotiate salary and other terms of employment.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient recruitment process.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to remain competitive.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT recruitment.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in direct headhunting of permanent and contract technology candidates.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and candidates.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with MS Word, CRM, and ATS systems, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
