We are seeking a seasoned IT Systems Expert to join our team of innovative professionals. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing complex IT systems for enterprise clients.
You'll work collaboratively with internal teams to provide expert guidance on optimizing IT environments, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Design and support systems technologies including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
* Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into their IT ecosystems.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* Manage client support tickets and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Track time against project agreements for service efficiency.
* Report project progress and participate in ongoing technical training.
Requirements:
* 3–4 years of experience in IT Systems Engineering in enterprise or managed service environments.
* Strong background in Microsoft 365, Intune, and mobile device management.
* Proficiency with MFA and Single Sign-On solutions.
* Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* Familiarity with change management and product lifecycles.
