Role Overview
The role of Agile Team Facilitator is essential in supporting the continuous improvement of Agile practices within an organization. This position requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with Scrum teams.
Main Responsibilities
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and contributing to team performance and delivery.
* Support and guide Scrum teams, identifying and escalating impediments impacting team progress.
* Partner with enterprise Agile Coaches to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
Key Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or similar Agile facilitation role.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums) and experience working with Agile tools.
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a plus.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
* Experience working with distributed, global teams.
