Senior Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our team. As a key member of our agile development process, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for our customer data ecosystem teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
* Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
* Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience in Scrum Master roles.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
