* Support proposal preparation by gathering data and documentation, ensuring timely submission of high-quality bids.
* Create project references and CVs tailored to tender requirements, showcasing your ability to adapt to different formats.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
* Fluent Portuguese, business-level German and English (B2-C1) for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Strong MS-Office skills, especially MS-Excel and MS-Teams, to manage data and collaborate with colleagues.
* Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills to prioritize tasks and deliver results under pressure.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
