Job Title: Key Account Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening relationships with key partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development & Partnership Management:
o Identify and research potential partners aligned with our offerings.
o Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
o Collaborate with internal teams to support partnership and business development initiatives.
o Draft proposals, client communications, and supporting documents.
o Track performance metrics and prepare reports as needed.
o Support project coordination related to partner programs and onboarding.
* Support for Senior Leaders:
o Maintain and update CRM tasks, follow-ups, and next steps.
o Assist with scheduling meetings, calendar management, and coordinating sales activities.
o Help prepare meeting materials, agendas, and event-related documentation.
o Provide general administrative support to ensure operational efficiency.
