We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to employees.
Main Responsibilities:
• Analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
• Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware problems
• Provide timely updates on ticket progress to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Utilize knowledge bases to provide and find solutions to known issues
• Conduct thorough research to resolve issues using external information when needed
• Maintain accurate records of ticket status and fixes
• Escalate critical issues to senior team members as required
Requirements:
• Associate's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience required
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience delivering IT solutions within corporate environments
• Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments
Additional Skills:
• Experience in the Advertising and/or Marketing industry preferred
• Experience in centrally managed computer environments
• A/V environment support experience is a plus
