We are seeking a highly skilled International Bookkeeper & Finance Specialist to manage the day-to-day accounting, billing, and operational cash flow for both entities.In this dual-entity role, you will be the bridge between our US financial ecosystem and our local Brazilian operations. You will ensure that invoices are processed globally, local Brazilian expenses and payroll are tracked perfectly, and the books for both entities remain entirely compliant, clean, and organized.Key Responsibilities:1. Dual-Entity Bookkeeping & Reconciliations:- Maintain accurate, up-to-date ledgers for both the US LLC and the Brazilian entity using cloud accounting software (e.G., QuickBooks Online and local Brazilian platforms like Conta Azul / Agilize).- Perform routine bank, credit card, and multi-currency payment gateway reconciliations.- Track intercompany transactions (capital injections, service fees, or expense allocations between the US entity and the Brazil office).2. Global Billing & Accounts Receivable (AR):- Generate and dispatch accurate monthly invoices to international agency clients and programmatic partners.- Manage accounts receivable for local Brazilian clients, issuing standard local invoices (Nota Fiscal de Serviço - NFS-e) where applicable.- Proactively monitor outstanding balances and handle professional collections via email/phone in both English and Portuguese.3. Accounts Payable (AP) & Local Disbursements:- Process payments for US and international tech vendors, platforms, and contractors.- Manage local accounts payable in Brazil, including office expenses (São Paulo), local supplier invoices, and employee expense reports.- Coordinate with our local Brazilian HR/payroll agency to ensure the local sales team is paid accurately and on time according to local labor laws (CLT/PJ structure).4. Data Integrity & Reporting:- Properly categorize all transactions according to US tax guidelines for the LLC, and Brazilian accounting standards (BR GAAP/RFB requirements) for the local entity.- Compile monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets for both entities, providing a consolidated view of cash flow to ownership.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Cross-Border Experience (Mandatory): 3+ years of direct experience handling finances for a company that operates across both the US and Brazil.
