**Your mission**:
Odds Scanner is looking for a Junior Digital Graphic Designer to join our remote full-time team.
We are a media and technology startup based in Malta active in several European and Latin American markets in the sports and gambling industries. We have a diverse and international team, working primarily from Malta, Portugal and Brazil, but with team members from all over the world.

In this role, you will be in charge of creating graphic assets such as web banners, icons, and patterns for our products and support our graphic design and product design team with design skills. You must be someone that understands the process of creating GIFS and the variability of sizes from responsive to desktop sizes without losing its readability and maintaining a cohesive design.
We are looking for someone who is versatile, agile, can adapt quickly, and is looking to grow with the company.

**Responsabilities**:
- ** Develop fresh concept**s** based on company goals and current social media trends.
- ** Ensure that all the graphic elements are consistent** in terms of style, colours, and message.
- ** Graphic Design creation** for a range of platforms: social media and websites
- ** Banners creation** for our products, so you will **work with GIFS, Digital art direction**:
- ** Support and help the graphic design team** create graphic assets for our products such as ICONS / LOGOS / PATTERNS
**Requirements**:
- At least **1** year of experience** with digital graphic design.
- ** Experience with sports products** (not mandatory, but would be great!)
- Strong understanding of how website banners work as they relate to creative concept development and design.
- ** Experience designing campaigns** formatted for social and web.
- ** Proficiency in graphics editing software** such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma.
- Comprehensive **understanding of marketing practices**.
