Sales and Marketing Professional
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven professional to join our team as a Digital Account Manager. As a key member of our agency, you will act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of digital campaigns that meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and growth.
* Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns, including media, creative, performance, branding, etc.
* Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context.
* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize as needed to maximize client value.
* Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
* Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, etc.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions.
* Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
