 
        
        We are seeking a skilled IT support analyst to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with a wide range of technology and adapting to new technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Analyze issues and formulate solutions
 * Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware issues
 * Evaluate and escalate tickets as necessary
 * Provide timely updates on ticket progress
 * Utilize internal IT knowledge base to provide and find solutions to known issues
 * Use external information to research and resolve issues when needed
Qualifications:
 * A minimum of an associate's degree in Information Systems or equivalent program
 * Demonstrated ability to work in a mixed Mac and Windows environment
 * Experience delivering IT solutions within a corporate and/or enterprise environment
 * Prior experience in centrally managed computer environments and AV environments is highly desirable
