Key Account Manager
The primary objective of this position is to develop and execute expansion plans for assigned markets, managing client portfolios and reporting to the management team.
* Build strong relationships with hotel clients
* Optimize inventory, availability, and rate competitiveness through the Reservations Center
* Negotiate conditions to maximize conversion and ensure high competitiveness for assigned hotels
* Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with agency network demand
* Advise on online marketing and direct sales strategies
* Identify business opportunities for new products, offers, or services in coordination with department heads and Business Acceleration teams
This role requires a minimum of 2–3 years of experience, education in tourism or a related field, customer orientation, negotiation skills, and an advanced level of English.
