We are looking for a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Account Manager. This is a key position that requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. You will be the main point of contact for multiple assigned accounts and will work closely with team members across various departments to ensure account satisfaction.
Your primary objective in this role will be to assist in revenue-generating opportunities and provide outstanding support to our partners. To achieve this, you will need to possess direct response marketing knowledge, strategy implementation and negotiation skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive and reactive problem-solving approach, excellent customer service skills, and be able to manage their time effectively. They will also be a quick learner and be fluent in English, with Portuguese being a must. Spanish is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Help all accounts navigate the Digistore24 platform, including introducing new features, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
* Foster continued business with accounts by nurturing relationships and providing unmatched value.
* Communicate quickly and clearly with accounts through chat or video calls, following up until resolution is met.
* Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve account satisfaction and meet performance goals.
* Track daily tasks and report weekly performance according to assigned KPIs.
* Maintain ongoing self-education in industry knowledge and platform features.
