We are seeking a seasoned B2B account professional to join our team as a key client manager.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage existing client relationships, developing strategic plans to drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
* Develop and implement customized account strategies to expand client portfolios and achieve revenue targets.
* Identify and acquire new key clients within assigned areas of responsibility.
* Maintain open communication channels with clients, conducting regular review meetings to assess needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
* Spot and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
* Compile and present comprehensive reports on account performance, sales projections, and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to gather feedback and input from clients, informing the creation of innovative products and services.
To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional influencing and negotiation skills, experience in delivering results in autonomous environments, a deep understanding of the travel and hospitality industries, project management expertise, and proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages.
