We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various platforms.
Our ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
They should possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly.
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required, along with certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate.
The selected candidate will collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance productivity and security.
Regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments will be conducted to ensure the organization's infrastructure remains secure.
This role involves supporting cybersecurity initiatives, including employee security awareness training and incident response.
The IT Specialist will also document processes, create user guides, and train staff on new technologies and best practices.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will monitor and maintain endpoint security, assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
